Have you ever seen NFPA2112 Manikin test?
It’s extremely severe FR test. Garments are exposed to a 3-second flash fire at 2 cal/cm2 and predicted body burn rate is calculated. It requires less than 50% of 2nd and 3rd degree burn.
Several types of fabrics were developed and tested. Finally, we could develop the best one with safety, comfort and light weight.
Fabric used for our garment was tested at Underwriters Laboratories in US. Moreover, we tested our full garment in accordance with EN ISO11612:2008 at AITEX, Spain’s leading research and innovation centre.
